2024 CSA Shares STILl Available!

While we are no longer offering weekly online pre-ordering or a traditional CSA box, read the full details below on our new venture of a market style CSA 😁

We are trying something new this year: The CSA market card!

What is a CSA?

CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. When you purchase a CSA Share, you pay upfront at the beginning of our growing season for the vegetables that we’ll grow for you. This helps us kick start our season with the financial assistances needed to grow our vegetables before we are able to sell our product to you. Your CSA Share payment will then be loaded onto a CSA Market Card (see photo example above!) and mailed to you. From June to October, you can use your card at any place we sell - which will be three farmers markets this year!

Our hope with the CSA market card is a flexible way to support our farm by giving you the freedom to choose what varieties and amounts you want without the waste often occurred with a weekly vegetable box type share or the expense of an online ordering platform.

what to expect / what we grow

Our farm grows a robust variety of seasonal New England vegetables and are grown sustainably using organic practices - meaning we do not use any pesticides or herbicides whatsoever. Our growing season begins in June which includes fresh crisp produce like salad greens, snap peas, broccoli, and radishes. As summer warms up we’ll start to harvest classics like tomatoes, carrots, zucchinis, and cucumbers. Our main part of the growing season hits its peak when peppers, eggplants, and greens galore hit the market. The final stretch of our season’s crops include the tastes of fall like potatoes, winter squashes, and cabbages. Overall, we hope to provide our customers with a diverse selection of vegetables weekly that changes often as the season progresses.

Along with vegetables, we offer fresh cut flower bouquets for sale often. We hope to bring some plant starts to the markets for purchase this season also!
